We all know that what we put into our bodies matters for our health. But did you know that the toxins in our environment can have just as big of an impact on our health, especially when it comes to fertility and hormone balance? Did you know that toxins can also be found in many common household products? Things like shampoo, soap, cleaning supplies, and makeup can all contain harmful chemicals that can seep into our bodies and wreak havoc.

Fortunately, there are steps you can take to reduce your exposure to these harmful substances. In this blog post, we’ll discuss some of the most common sources of damaging chemicals in the home and how you can remove them from your environment. Start with the Basics: Furniture, Carpets, and Bedding
